How do I use it?

Despite the name, it's not an oil — it won't stain clothing or leave a greasy feel. Some people notice mild tingling, especially on freshly shaved or irritated skin. If that's you, start with fewer sprays or rinse after 20–30 minutes instead of leaving it on overnight. A small patch test the first time is a good idea.
Is this a substitute for a supplement or medical treatment?
